Our Best Practices Guarantee

We've figured out what works and put together our Campaign Best Practices to set you up for success. We guarantee at least 15 class registrations for all campaigns launched within our guidelines.

Acceptable venues

  • College / University
  • Community College / Junior College


Day of Week

  • Tuesday (evening start only)
  • Wednesday (evening start only)
  • Thursday (evening start only)
  • Saturday (morning start only)

 

Time of Day

  • Evening start time - 6:30pm
  • Saturday morning start time – between 9:00am & 10:00am


Scheduling Multiple Events

You may promote registration for up to two class events in one marketing campaign.

If you choose to promote two class events in one campaign, please be sure to adhere to the following:

  • It must be the same class topic
  • It must be held at the same venue address
  • The start dates of each event MUST be within the same calendar week (Sun-Sat)

Campaign Policies & Procedures

Market Zone


Market Zone Requests will be submitted directly to our National Sales Manager. A representative with the sales team will respond within one business day of your inquiry.

To avoid saturation, market zones for each individual class are protected for 45 days following the end of each campaign. Agency Member zone protection parameters are defined in the Agency Member Service Agreement.



Campaign Requests


To ensure accuracy, Advisors are asked to submit all campaign requests via the Campaign Request Order Form link provided once the Market Zone Request has been approved.   Please review your submission carefully. Information submitted on the request will be used AS-IS.


We understand campaigns may be requested later than expected. Our team will do everything in our power to accommodate your needs whenever possible. Please note, all campaign requests submitted less than 5 weeks in advance of the first day of the campaign will be subject to a rush fee.  We are unable to fulfill campaigns submitted less than three weeks before a campaign is scheduled to launch.  Cancelations or change requests made less than 3 weeks from campaign launch may be subject to additional fees.  

 

Campaign Launch


Acting within our Best Practice Guidelines, all digital campaigns launch 12-14 days prior to the first class date. The campaign window will include two weekends. Digital campaigns end at 11:59 pm on the evening prior to the date of the last available class.



Campaign Results


Emerging Advisor is committed to providing helpful statistics for previous and future classes. It is to the Advisors benefit to input class attendance data into the registration sheet within 2 business days of the final class.


Market Zone Saturation


Best practices indicate higher registrations when markets are not saturated by a specific topic or location. To avoid saturation, our policy is to prohibit the same class and venue within a market zone for 45 days following a campaign.
